Chapter 228: Sara Landry, 32, Road Games...

Sausalito Mississippi was a blue-collar town with a strong work ethic. There were no hedge-funders, no tech geniuses, no billionaires. Solid, salt-of-the-earth citizens.

Sara won a full scholarship to Louisiana State University, Lafayette. Even though she’d never played basketball, she made the traveling team. She wasn’t a starter, but usually got in a few minutes playing time. And, saw a lot of the South because of the road games.

So far as anyone could recall, she was the first person from the Cajun Bayous to travel outside of the state of Mississippi.

All through community college and LSU — where she earned a master’s degree in education — Sara continued dancing at Miss Kitty’s. She was a slender girl with small boobs and an engaging personality.
