Solomon Laenas
The sun was just reaching its peak when we left the village of Crowkeep. The summer foliage graced all around us as we rode down a winding dirt road. It was smooth riding; our horses felt at ease as they strode along the path. I patted Resen, my horse, on the neck as he followed my family.
Mabel was before me, leading the group towards our destination, on Willow, our loyal family mule. Her light brown, wavy hair jostled along her back as her head moved about. Even now, I had never once seen Mabel with a bad hair day; it must be a natural blessing that comes with being a gorgeous young woman. She wore soft, doeskin boots that matched her trousers while highlighting her pale green tunic.
Richard rode from behind us on his black horse, which we purchased from the inn owner before leaving Crowkeep. We needed the extra horse because we now have a new member of our little party with us. Our cousin. Bridget. She rode along with Richard. She wore a bodice vest with green embroidery with a white blouse underneath. Her boots were the same as Mabel’s, doeskin boots.
She seemed well-adjusted to the travel, probably more of the excitement than the adjustment, really. After all, she lived most of her life in the depressing village we just came from. This is her first time in the big world. You wouldn’t notice, but it was also our first time in this big world. We just didn’t have the luxury of the excitement that came with it. After losing both our parents and killing a priest, we were more concerned with making it to our destination than sightseeing. By now, I’m sure that we are wanted criminals in Freymount. Authorities probably already sent out a bounty on our heads. This only made us more determined than ever to reach Olnfield, create new identities, and live a life we should’ve lived before everything came crashing down around us.
I just hope the same thing doesn’t happen when we’re in Olnfield.
Especially.
The secrets I try so hard to keep buried. I just pray to the Seven that they remain forever bottled and sealed inside of me. I can’t imagine what would happen if they came to light. The damage it would do is more to our already near-stable family. We couldn’t suffer another kick in the stomach from life.
“How much longer until we reach Olnfield?” Richard asked.
“We should reach the town by nightfall,” Mabel answered, “barring any unforeseen misfortune.”
“Now, why did you have to say that?” Richard asked with a groan. “You’re just opening the door wide open for something to happen to us. Haven’t we had our fill of misfortunes?”
“No, I am not,” Mabel said.
“You kind of did, sis,” I said. I didn’t want to, but it was the truth. I wasn’t this superstition until our journey to Olnfield. So much unforeseen misfortune we encountered in these last days on the road. I’m even worried about stepping on a crack now, breaking either mine or one of my siblings’ backs.
She turned in her saddle and looked at us with an apologetic face. “Well, I take it back. May the Lady find favor upon us and give us fortune.”
A relief washed over me.
“Now that’s better,” Richard said, wiping his forehead with his hands. He seemed worried just as I was.
“When did you become superstition all of a sudden?” Bridget asked.
“When you’ve been through the things we have in these past days,” he said. “It turns any man into a superstition lunatic.”
“It’s been that bad,” she said.
“Yes.” We all said in unity, followed by a laugh.
“But all should be well,” Mabel said. “Once we reach Olnfield.”
“Excuse me for being frank,” Bridget said. “But you all lay high hopes for this town.”
“It’s the only thing that kept us going,” Mabel responded. “Besides, it’s far from Freymount, and no one will know who we are. We can create new identities, new lives, without being on the road for the entirety of our lives. We even have a house waiting for us there.”
“That sounds nice,” Bridget said. “It seems that you all were destined for Olnfield.”
I never thought of it like that. The house that father had brought in Olnfield for us now seems like a fated act. We were always going to Olnfield. Was our journey and the discovery of who and what we are already written? We mortals believe we are creators of our own fate, but we are mere players on a bigger board that not even the Seven can reshape.
Then if that is to be. Then was it always fated for me to fuck my mother and lick at my sister’s defiled pussy? Even now, my dick grew hard in my pants just by thinking about the acts. I must not. Not now. I tucked such thoughts in the back regions of my mind as I focused on our path in front of us.
“What are you all to be once in Olnfield?” Bridget asked.
“What is with this ‘you all’?” Richard said as he looked back at Bridget. “You’re one of us now. Family.”
She smiled. “I’m sorry. It’s just weird saying it after spending so much time alone. The only family I ever had was me and my mother.”
“Well,” I said with a reassuring smile while looking back. “You have us now. And we believe family should stick together no matter what, right?”
“Right.” Both Richard and Mabel said in unison.
“And for what we were to be once in Olnfield,” Richard said. “We are still debating that.”
“Well, at least you’re thinking about your future,” Bridget said. “I never really thought of the future for so long. I only focused on the present.”
I could understand that. How our lives have changed in such a quick amount of time, I fear that our misfortune is not finished with us just yet.
“Let’s just hope the Lady is on our side,” Mabel started. “Especially on our financial situation. We only have a few coins left now.”
“If father planned this far,” I said. “Probably he has some wealth stashed away in the house in Olnfield in case of emergency.”
“Pray that what you speak is true,” Mabel said.
I surely pray that it is true.
We continued onward in silence for a while, but our path was suddenly blocked. A half-naked woman burst out of the woods, her dress torn from the side, exposing a peek at her undergarments, all of which were smeared with dirt. She had pale skin and auburn hair. A wild panic glazed her eyes as she spotted us. She seemed no younger than me.
“Please!” The young woman screamed, raising her hands to show us she bears no ill. “I was attacked by some bandits. I have gotten away, but afraid they are in pursuit.”
“Are you hurt?” Mabel asked. She got off Willow and covered the shaken woman in a cloak.
“No,” she said, trembling. “They just managed to tear at my clothes before I managed to get away.”
“Pray to the Seven that you did,” I said. “I pray not to think of what might have happened if you didn’t run into us. Is your home far?”
“No,” she said. “I just live a few miles away. I hail from the village of Dewrest. My name is Fiona.”
“Well, hello, Fiona,” Mabel said. “My name is Mabel, the two men are Richard and Solomon, my brothers, and the woman behind Richard is Bridget, our cousin.”
“Thank you all for saving me,” she said. “I am in your debt.”
The woman vainly tried to cover her torn clothes with the cloak. My eyes accidentally wandered until I noticed a gash in her skirt, which exposed her private maidenhood. I could make it out as a shaven pussy. I shivered at the sight before quickly turning away.
“Don’t worry about it,” Bridget said, coming down from her and Richard’s horse and walking up to the woman. “From what I’ve learned about my cousins, they’re good people.”
I warmed at the compliment, and from Mabel’s shy smile, I could see that the compliment warmed her as well. “We should take her back to her village. She isn’t safe walking home alone.”
“I agree,” Mabel said. “We should take her back to her village.”
“And where is this village of Dewrest?” Richard asked as he helped Bridget back on their horse. “Pray be not that far from Olnfield.”
Mabel gave Richard a serious stare.
“It’s not,” Fiona answered. “Just a few miles in the direction you all seemed to be going. Our village lay close to Olnfield.”
“Then it’s settled,” Mabel said. “We make a quick detour to Dewrest and head straight on to Olnfield.”
Fiona rode with Mabel on Willow. We restarted our stride back on the road.
Despite the darkness and wickedness that dwells within our blood, we are still good people at heart. Our parents raised us to be such people. I just hope we can continue to be just that. Good people.
Bridgit
Dewrest was a good village made out of huts and well-structured buildings for a town in these rural hills. While it might look okay to most, I found it a well-looking place, beats Crowkeep on any day. The smell of dirt and soggy rain didn’t present itself here. Instead, a sweet and warm smell lay claim. For my first village outside of Crowkeep, this was number one so far. A windmill stood high in the center of the village, bringing a nice breeze down upon the village. Beyond the buildings and homes were fields of wheat and plants where the farmers farmed and then shipped out to ... wherever.
I had no idea where.
The farmers were average men, a little rough on the side, but kept up a clean appearance. The same could be said for the women of the village. Eyes looked at us as we strode into the village. Mostly out of curiosity, but quickly in admiration when they noticed we came with Fiona.
She seemed to be a very likable girl.
Mabel led us to a three-story building made out of stone bricks mortared together. Numerous chimneys belched smoke. It was connected to the windmill that was located in town. A strange building this was. A pair of men took our horses and nodded to Fiona. An older man with silver hair came out of the building. He gasped in disbelief when he saw Fiona’s torn clothes. He quickly ran over to her and held her in his arms.
“My sweet child,” he said, still holding her in his arms. “I grew worried when you didn’t come home. What has happened to you?”
“I was attacked by some bandits by the stream,” she said. “I managed to get away where I ran into these four who led me safely home.”
The elder man looked at us and shook both our hands with a strong grip. “Thank you. You brought my daughter back home to me.”
“Don’t mention it,” Mabel said. “Any good heart would’ve done the same.”
“Well, at last, stay for some supper and hospitality,” Fiona’s father said. “It’s the least I could do to show my appreciation for men and women who brought my daughter safely home.”
“But -”
“We will gladly accept your hospitality,” Richard said, coming up from behind me. He looked at Mabel, who had her serious look on her face. “It would be rude to reject our host’s offer.”
“Fine,” Mabel said. “But only for a little while, and then we leave for Olnfield.”
“Wonderful,” Fiona’s father said. “Welcome to Dewrest. I am the mayor of this village. My name is Tuam.”
We followed Mabel into the building, which we came to find out was the administrative and mayor’s house. They put our horse in the nearby stables. We were led into a common room with a large banquet laid before us. Apparently, these people were in the middle of some early feast when we arrived.
“Please,” Tuam said. “Enjoy.”
Richard was the first of us to help himself to the food and drinks that lay on the table. It was good food and a tasty wine, better than that watery down rum that Frank served at the pub in Crowkeep. Around us, people were merry and in good spirits. It even looked like Fion had recovered from her ordeal and was now having a good time.
I could get used to this. It seems being nice does have its rewards.
After the meal, Richard and I decided to sightsee the village while Mabel and Solomon went to check out the nearby fields. It wasn’t a busy village; average men and women, and sometimes children, went about their day. Going from the mundane to the next. They live a nice and steady life.
As we walked throughout the village, Richard stopped in front of what seemed to be an abandoned house on the far end of the village. It looked like it hadn’t been in use for quite a while. He turned to face me, and he had a wicked grin on his face. “You think we have enough time for a good fuck?”
“Are you serious?” I asked, looking around us to make sure no one was looking and listening to us. “You can’t keep fucking me, Richard. I’m your first cousin.”
“A first cousin,” he grinned as he was pulling towards the abandoned house, “with a pussy I can’t get enough of.”
I grinned.
I could already feel my pussy getting wet as we reached the door. But before we opened the door, we heard shouting and laughing coming from within. Richard and I stopped in front of the door. Were there people inside this abandoned house?
Richard and I stepped into the house. A large group of men was gathered in the center, all shouting and laughing. They didn’t see or even care if we walked in on what was to be a hidden spectacle of some sort; they were too focused on what was happening in front of them. I peered at the crowd. Over the shouts of men, I heard panting and moaning. And was that a woman’s moan?
“She’s a good fuck she is,” one of the men continued.
“That she is,” another man said. “And worth every coin in my pocket.”
The moaning and the cheering made my pussy even wetter. I glanced at Richard, and he once again grinned at me, nodding his head. I took his arm, and we walked further to the group. We pushed through the crowd of men and revealed a beige-skinned woman shuddering on the floor, mounted by a dog. “How long do you think he’ll keep going, boys?” she asked.
He was a big dog, brown in fur, and his tongue hung out of his canine mouth as his body shuddered. He had turned around on the floor, his butt pressed against the naked woman’s. I caught a glimpse of his red cock buried in her pussy as he returned to plowing away. It was almost the size of a ball.
The knot.
“Oh, wow,” I gasped as the crowd made their bets.
“You should take a turn,” Richard grinned, his hand sliding down to squeeze my ass through my leather pants.
“By the gods,” I said, a moan stuck in my tone. “I have never fucked an animal.”
“First time the charm,” he said.
The dog’s cock did look tempting, probably wonderful inside me. This was all so exciting. My pussy wanted to be fuck, it didn’t care if it was with a man or an animal. It wanted to be fuck.
“Have fun,” Richard grinned. He massaged his hard dick pressing his pants.
“I will,” I purred.
Mabel
It was a good feeling reuniting Fiona with her father, Tuam. I smiled just thinking about it as I overlooked the rural fields of the village. It reminded me so much of Freymount and our home. The warm summer breeze brushed against my cheeks. It was calm here, and I felt centered. I haven’t felt like this for a while. Ever since my mother and I would pick and work the field on days such as this. I looked over to Solomon, lying on the hill by a tree. He, too, looked calm and peaceful.
“Do you think mother is alright?” He asked, staring up at the sky. “I sometimes worry about her. If she’s okay? Or if she even made it to the mountains?”
“Don’t cloud your mind with such nonsense,” I said, taking a seat right next to him. “Mother is a strong woman. She can take care of herself. She’s probably already at the temple, worshipping Ela The Mother as we speak.”
We laughed at the thought. While Mother was religious, she wasn’t that religious that she worshipped the gods every day and night.
We went to service every Sunday and listened to the same holy teachings that mother and father, and probably their parents, had heard their entire lives. We were a normal and decent family. We were. But all that changed in the blink of an eye.
“Mabel,” Solomon said, hesitation I sensed in his tone.
“What is it?” I asked, concerned.
“Do you still not recall everything that happened in the Plasevain Woods?”
I felt my heart skip a beat.
I tried my best not to think about it or even tell of what transpired with me, for I was too ashamed to speak of such things. Too afraid of what they will think of me. I am afraid of what I think about myself.
Slut.
The word once again rang in my head. The feeling of pleasure and pain was quickly resurfacing within me. I clenched my hands into a fist as I pushed those feelings further back down.
“It’s still hazy,” I finally said. “But I can recall the things that you said about what has happened.”
He remained quiet. I just hope he believed that lie. That is becoming the burden of this family. Lies and secrets. The newfound motto of the Laenas Family. It shames me for the feelings of being defiled, as it awakened that darkness that mother and father had feared. They risked everything for us so we wouldn’t follow down a dangerous path. Now, I have stepped a good distance down that path, and it sickens me that it felt so good to do so.
A few tears fell down my cheeks.
“Sister,” Solomon said, seeing those tears. “Are you okay?”
“I’m fine,” I quickly said, wiping the tears from my sleeves.
He was once again quiet for a minute before he spoke.
“No. You’re not.”
I looked at him with watery eyes. “What do you mean?”
