I’ve been a fan of Apocalyptic Survival stories, and books with a touch of sensual erotica like “Clan of the Cave Bear” series by Jean M. Auel.
To make things interesting, I made my guy a doppelganger of myself and put him in the most impossible situations I could imagine: I dropped him into an all-woman survivalist cult living off-the-grid for fifteen years.
The ladies of Liberty Mountain have chosen to live in a world without men as they prepare for the end-of-days.
My hero is a homeless and disabled Vietnam Veteran with all the bad-plumbing and wisdom which comes with age.
The leader of the clan has killed intruders in the past and is willing to kill again to keep her home a secret.
