I'm from England so there may be a few references in my stories that could be a little confusing for readers overseas. I try to use generic terms where possible but inevitably there will be occasions when this just doesn't fit.
It will rarely spoil your enjoyment of the overall story though. After all, how many times have I read about a "Lincoln Town car" or a Cadillac Coupe De Ville" ? I have never seen either of this cars but I don't let it worry me :)
