Looking for more stories set outside of the US. Anywhere is fine but I'd prefer the UK or Europe. Thank you in advance.

You could try stories set in the Philippines. On this site, VeryWellAged has perhaps a dozen set there. He also has his own site now (used to be on ASSTR and may still be there) with perhaps another dozen. In theory English is used in the Islands, although his stories explain English may not be used to communicate between Filipinos. If its a woman, she is a Filipina. There are Utube posts by a Filipina named Filipina Pea that talk about living there. Not discussing urine, she isn't Filipina Pee. There are other authors on SOL that also discuss living there, at least as background to their stories.
Tedbiker are all UK or Europe settings Todd172 s tales from the shack a are in Fiji. that's the location of pogo s bar AKA the shack
Bow Valley (unfinished) by Barbe Blanche.
The Wanderer/Denham Forest -- set in UK.
Gordon Johnson's "Reginald" stories are set in UK.
WTSMan -- most of his stories are set in Europe.
Argon -- ditto (many are historical, but some are contemporary).
Not sure if you count Canada, but most stories by dotB are set there; ditto John Wales, Coaster2, Will Bailey.
Peter H Salus, Oz Ozzie, and some of Ernest Bywater's stories are set in Australia.

DotB's stories are mostly in Canada. My Rivers Region and Life in the Suburbs series are mostly in Australia while my Clan Amir series is mostly in South-east Asia.
Peter H. Salus originally wrote as Pedant, so if you run across any by him you will know they are Peter's.

Ayep, I know that, but I'm sure there are many people who didn't.
I do wish he was as thorough on all of his research on Australia as he is on the Aboriginal legends. In a couple of his latest stories he has them set in the 1960s and refers to distances in kilometres - not used here until the mid 1970s and he refers to some highways by numbers with letters like A100 - the A / B system wasn't introduced here until the late 1980s or early 1990s and weren't common until the late 1990s.
It always seems odd to me when authors change their SOL name (for example when they start publishing on Amazon or elsewhere) and dont make a corresponding change on FS.
I know of two cases like that, and in each case they were posting on Fine Stories under a Pen Name and then decided to start posting on SoL under their real name due to the books being published. They left their FS Pen Name alone as they already had a following there and that's what people knew them as there. I also know of one author who does the same for the same reason but the real name is on Fine Stories as they started on SoL.
I believe all of Oz Ozzie's stories are set in Australia.
Several of Ernest Bywater's stories are set in that country as well.
UK:
QM's Magician and Mage (likely others too)
starfeind's Wooly Wilds swarm stories
Aurora's The Engineer series
Big Guy on a Bike's Hard Winter
Krisme rarely sets any scene within the US, most often AUS, occasionally NZL, Indonesia, Malaysia or UK ... or off-planet - Moon, Delta system, Tara ...
Many have XT-based stories: Tefler, Kid Wigger, Pars001, Fozziebare, QM, Ka Hmnd ...
I have one called "Okinawa", that surprisingly takes place almost entirely on Okinawa.

Celtic Bard's stories (Europe),
FantasyLover's Spirit Quest (Europe),
Old Man With A Pen's Sunny Corner Universe (Australia)
HM.
Two other of Fantasy Lover's stories would also fit:

'Spirit Quest' is also set in an alternate Europe:

True, but when the MC arrives in the past it's our historical Europe, the actions of the MC causes the changes which alter the future (the MC's past).

Wow!
Thank you all so much for your recommendations. I've read Tedbiker, Ernest Bywater, and Oz Ozzie but everyone else is new. I'm excited to read some more new authors.
Sixteen by Jason Samson https://storiesonline.net/s/20191/sixteen
is one I have just finished reading
Here's a few more:

https://storiesonline.net/s/15791/maquis (still in progress)

These are all Swarm stories, also there's a story about a pickup at Buckingham Palace, and the first story of a series is about merging a school of cadets and another of girls so they can be picked up.

Jack Green's The Waiter's Tale fits. I haven't yet seen a North American character
All of Jack Green's stories are European, mostly Great Britain and France.
Add DeYaKen and SleeperyJim to the list of British authors.
