There's a very good mainstream novel something like that, though whether it's porn might be debatable. Fermata by Nicholson Baker; it is a good read. Some of his other novels are even better. VOX, for example, which is quite sexy.

There's the novel The Girl, the Gold Watch, & Everything by John D. MacDonald. There was a made for TV movie that used to be on You Tube. I don't know if it's still there. The movie wasn't very good quality. The book is amusing.

That's not a problem until it starts affecting what you're doing within a story as you can't remember part of the start of the story.
Like Radagast already indicated with his offered links, the term is "time stop", not "time freeze". Apparently it's a porn segment originating in Japan and many Japanese porn movies are based on that subject. So you can also watch it besides reading it, just search for "Time Stop" on your favorite porn site :D
I remember TGTGW&E, and it was an enjoyable movie I thought. There was also a sequel made called "The Girl, the Gold Watch & Dynamite", which was also a made for TV movie. Not as good, and with a different cast as by then Robert was "flying high" on his success from Airplane!, and Pam from Mork & Mindy.
And yes, it was a trope for a bit about 20 years ago on ASSTR. As well as in Japan, where there have been a lot of JAV made based on this very concept.
Kind of like all the Mind Control stories of that era, a way to "force" women to do what you wanted and have sex with any of them, without resorting to actual rape.
I think largely most authors have simply moved past such simple plot devices to introduce sex into their stories. But it does give me an idea I am going to have to explore.

Well, as I said, this triggered something in my mind, and I have just finished writing such a story. It should be posted soon, called "Uncle Bill's Watch".
But it is going to be posted as one of my "Dark Tales" series. SO as typical, do not expect a happy ending. *grin*
