Well, one of the main characters' mothers, at least... Learning Curves by Jay Cantrell.
Also, some of the later river guide stories from Wes Boyd... the mother and three siblings from Chicago... Oldest (half)sister ended up as a guide, the boy became a military contractor (along with his wife), and the other sister was a slut who sided with the father originally? They all met out in the Grand Canyon eventually (except the father(ish) character).

I'd say 1, 2, 4, some of 5, 6, maybe some of 7, and 9, (assuming my recollection of the plots is OK) though it's not so much Mother estranged and reconciled as whole family shatters & (mostly) reforms

The only estranged mother I can think of in this is Hayley's, and she doesn't come back in any meaningful form...

I remember her reappearing as a nuisance of some sort. But yeah, minor character.
As to the Wes Boyd stuff, the argument could be made she abandoned her children by staying with the asshole she married. And then she reunited with them later.
Jay's Unending Night & Unforgettable Weeks have the female MC's mother a self absorbed harridan billionaire in line for a cabinet seat. She drops it to rebuild her marriage and relationship with her daughter. Thats only a minor plotline though.
A.A. Nemo's 'Jacob's Granddaughters' has the ex-wife of the MC's boyfriend and mother of her future stepdaughter return into their lives. She fails to win her ex-husband back but succeeeds in building up a mother-daughter relationship after years of abandoning her daughter.
Perhaps "Fighting for Family" by Lazlo Zalezac. The wife/mother hasn't officially "left" but she has lost her family anyway and has to work her way back into their good graces. (no sex, no incest, just damn good story-telling)
