Yes, it's incomplete though. Xalir was writing it when he died. He made arrangements to have as much as he had written posted by someone else after his death.

IIRC, he was not in good health, and left instructions because he wasn't sure exactly when he was gonna die, but...

He had a chronic and ultimately terminal medical condition. I don't recall if it was cancer or a heart issue, but IIRC, he reached a point shortly after he started My Journey 4 where his life expectancy was down to months.
