I have enjoyed quite a few stories of coming of age from a male perspective. But it seems so easy. They come, they see, they conquer and they cum.
So is there any good stories out there from a Girl POV?

I can't recall the author, but I recall Becca the Beast was decent.
Almost thirty years ago, there was one from -IIRC- Father Ignatius? I think it was just called Sarah. Story was told as the girl's older self talking to her shrink. Was set in Toledo, or near there.
Very short, but Heroes by Don Lockwood is a story you should read if you haven't. Or reread if you haven't in the last year.
Or if you like DoOvers, there's Once More With Feelings.
Becca the Beast
That is ringing a bell but I didn't find it in my stories, nor did I find it here.
I have a half-formed memory of having to search for it on ASSTR but even so, I can't find it in my downloaded books and rarely, ever, delete a book.
Too bad you don't have an Author for that one...
I know I read it over on Gina's site, but glancing at authors names there didn't bring it to me. For some reason, I thought it was one of the writers from oz...
Becka, the Beast was written by Sacwriter whose stories, unfortunately, are no longer here. Is this the story you cited?
There is a different story about an Indian girl, Becca, by Sirdar here on SOL.

That was it. Still where I first saw it tho...
Must have been here. I know because I still have the HTML downloads of Becca and Munchkin from way back. It pays to be a packrat.
Just don't ask me for a copy. If Sacwriter deleted his stories, he didn't want them distributed anymore.
Like I said, where I originally read them was GMW's site. Which reminds me of several more stories for OP...
I'd have to search, but there was a superhero girl; using her powers had a side effect of slowly disintegrating her costume, and the more revealing her outfit was the more raw power she had.
And of course, Laura Alban Hunt by Gina.. her best stories were usually coming-of-age lesbians. (Hannah Sawyer, for example... sort of a Ender's Game/Starship Troopers story.)
The Bruce Bretthauer 'Corey Andersen' stories.
And many people seem to like The Dragon's Backbone. The style doesn't agree with me, but you may like it.
Well, there's the Kylie X stories, but they're more specialized kink (specifically black girl horny for white cock) than real coming of age.
Thing is, rache wrote well, but really specialized in writing niche kink pieces, rather than broad appeal character-driven drama. Unless there was another pen name that was publishing that stuff in the dead tree realm, that is.
The hands down best story (to me) is going to be suburban girl written by Punky Girl.

On writing style and quality alone this is a 10. As a story it is brilliant and full of naughty imagery. The author truly captures the voice of a girl learning to address her own kinks, guilty pleasures, and issues.

I have one, but it is really not a stand-alone story, but a companion to another storry but told from the POC of the female from the main story.

I think Pookie's 'Melissa's Secrets' qualifies as a story about a girl coming into sexual maturity. Unfinished but there is a lot there.

Once Birgit, Stephie, and Ashley are each fourteen, ther will be large portions of my books narrated by them. (Already are, but they are, of course, limited in what they can say/do).
There is an excellent series of stories by Bar Bar about a girl named Bec. Very well written. I'm a male, so I can't say that it is true to life, but the introspection and angst the girl goes through feels authentic to me.

Also try https://storiesonline.net/s/41504/once-more-with-feelings by The Night Hawk. It's a do-over but really gets into a girl coming- of-age.
If you're going dead-tree, and can cope with hard SF, try C.J.Cherryh's Hugo award winning Cyteen, a very political long novel (it was published as a trilogy at one time) which has the major thread following Ari Emory from birth to when she takes over a major company/establishment.
ETA: If you're adventurous with good malware protection you can find it with a quoted Google search for "ouch your chin again"; if you like it, you should buy it - I've bought three copies, suffering from people not returning the dead-tree.
Just finished "In Our Bones" by Nora Fares. I think it's just what you want. https://storiesonline.net/s/12603/in-our-bones
Can you explain the story codes on that one? Ma/Fa are adult characters, so how does the 'coming of age' fit in?

Can you explain the story codes on that one?
It should be mt/ft and Ma/Fa. Also the story starts out weird but, if you bear with it, it's a decent read.
You only have it coded MA/FA
Not my work so I can't edit it. The author should, though.

"Coming of Age" does not always mean young people.
L.E. Modesitt I think explained it perfectly. Most of his "Recluce" series is essentially "Coming of Age", but some of the characters are in their 30's. Just regular people, living their regular lives, until something comes along and upsets everything and makes them "grow up".
My own story "Bohica" is much like that. The main character is in their mid to late 20's, but finally has to grow up and realize that they are no longer a teen, and have to take on real adult responsibilities.
I always saw it as a mind shift, more than simply age. Like the 30 year old playboy that had everything given to him by his rich daddy, only to get cut off from such support and learn how to grow up.

Yeah, but Order mages had a tendency to live really long lives. Especially the Grays.
A CoA story with a Elf could start with him/her at 90... might as well be a teen.
Good point. Wen Spencer's Elfhome series has the human MC Tinker coming of age at 18 years old, while secondary elvish characters Pony & Stormsong are considered irresponsible teens when they reach their 'triples', ie 100 years of age. Tinker's love interest Windwolf is several centuries old and still considered a young upstart by the clan leaders who are up to 10,000 years old. Dead Tree Press, but well worth spending a few dollars on for those who like fantasy crossed with modern science fiction.
Yeah, but Order mages had a tendency to live really long lives. Especially the Grays.
But once again, remember that not all started as such. And Whites can live to an old age also, but many tend to "burn fast, burn young, and go out in a blaze of glory".
"Wellspring of Chaos" tells the story of a cooper, in his 30's with a family who very late becomes aware he is a mage. A lot of these stories involve people in their 20's and later (Nylan is in his 40's), and once they realize what they are their entire worldview shifts and they have to either "grow up", or grow into something very different.
You mention the Grey's. Justin and Gunnar are into their late 20's when they fully become aware of what they are capable of. Justin sees the carnage of war and the problems with the Black, and because of this "grows up" and makes the choice to become a Gray. Gunnar also grows up, but more supportive of the Black, and even passes along the gift from his brother to his wife. Once again, Coming of Age.
In this, I agree with Modesitt. "Coming of Age" does not always mean simply age. I am sure we all know people into their 40's and older that have simply never "grown up".
