Any suggestions for a story where sex in casual and open. A bonus point if it is told from the male POV.

Some stories revolve around post-apocalypse or futuristic events, some involve parallel universes.

My first thought is the Swarm cycle stories, especially the ones with little plot. My next though was some of John Varley's stories, if you're OK with dead-tree. By 'accepts open sex' do you mean 'doing it on the sidewalk at lunchtime' or more of a 60's free love thing (or something else)?

A Perfect World in the Greenies universe fits this pretty much to a T.

A story tag you may want to look for that will likely have some luck with producing results along that line would probably be "free use" among others. Although you're going to have a fair bit of chaff to sort through as while there are many "free use" stories that open to sex just about anywhere, there are others that take things in differing directions, or restrict it certain (types of) people -- basically sex slaves.

There is another SciFi setting where casual nudity and (semi-public) sex is an element in the setting would be the Subjugation series by Fel. But across the probably millions of words that work now spans, you're likely only talking about a handful or so of scenes where anything like that(sex in a semi-public setting) actually happens with the MC, and it doesn't go into any significant detail. And the MC doesn't go "man-whoring around" although he has a friend that does so, but you don't get to descriptions of those encounters.

Does the Loosening Up series by Wolf works?

You could try Door in the Closet by Rachael Ross.

After discovering that her closet is a doorway leading to an alternative universe, Jilly uses it to find sanctuary from her abusive father and sympathetic, but weak-willed mother. As the teenager's life takes one bad turn after another, she begins to wonder if she couldn't stay on the other side forever.

The alternate world is very sex-open, with oral sex the equivalent of making out (while, somewhat strangely, actually kissing on the mouth is incredibly taboo). It's female POV though. And, well, it is a Rache story. You'll either love her or hate her.

Try the Sexual Freedom Charter Universe from Berwick Bob

Liberal dress code allows public nudity and sexual contact from age 13. Sexual contact permitted within family unit with no pregnancies allowed. Pill and injection freely available to safeguard against pregnancy and STD's no longer a problem. Public sexual behaviour is allowed depending on the venue, available privacy and its customers. Public allowed to ask participants to refrain from any public sexual activity. Liberal world-wide censorship laws now allow the making of and general release of non-violent erotica with a new R-certificate which has a 13+ rating. Hollywood studios involved in the making of non-violent erotica with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences adding new categories on Academy Award night for non-violent erotica.

I think that the whole Naked in School universe might fit the bill. While not totally casual and open, the universe is basically a society transitioning in that direction and the assorted conflicts you would expect in that transition.
