Hello I am looking for recs for space adventure type stories like scout or a Terran trader or even three square meals. What I like the most are individual or small group discovering the stars or even slice of life type stories. Sex content is preferred on the low to none but is not a deal breaker. Please recommend wether on this site or dead tree.
All of Thinking Horndog's stories are worth reading. Of course the Swarm Cycle has lots of SF but may not fit your request exactly. One that does, at least if you don't mind spacemen having adventures on earth, is "R and R". Someday it may have a sequel although there is a problem with one of the "girls" not being 14. As it is it ends with one of those "there was a knock on the door" type endings I usually avoid. But if you want spacemen having adventures, some of them quite sexual, you should consider this one.

While it doesn't say it explicitly, the Aggy stories along with his 3rd story https://storiesonline.net/s/61329/tj-amp-morg seem to be, (to me at least), a close parallel to the Honor Harrington universe. I highly recommend all 3 stories.

I've read the first two, but not yet read the 3rd. They look to me as if they were originally written as HH fanfic and then revised with some global changes to names to make them not clearly HH universe stories, but not all relevant names were changed as some of the HH names do turn up as well.
