Stories where main character isn't a boyscout

So tired of reading stories where the main character is the most virtuous person ever conceived of and they are always super considerate towards their lovers and we have to have the same conversation 60 times confirming every stage of consent leading up to this saint building his harem. Where are the stories where the main character has a pregnancy fetish so he tries to get his harem pregnant constantly? Where are the stories where the main character tricks people into doing his bidding? I want to read some stories where the main character is a piece of shit person. Doesn't have to be a piece of shit necessarily, but at least a person with a "dark side".

Most non-consent stories will get you there for sure

Check out my story "Revenge" if you want a bad guy hero type story.

I wrote it, but I didn't and don't like it much.
Not really what I want to be known for.

Tales From The Shack by Todd_d172 have basically good people who are not boyscouts. Needles, Monster, and Howard. Elsol had a hero that was insane. There was a story called Pyro Pete, I forget who wrote it. As I remember he was an arsonist not murderer.

Pyro Petey by papatoad

When he caught his brother in bed with his wife the repressed urges all came back.

Take a look at Son of a Sailor by SmokinDriver. The mc may be what you are looking for -- rags to riches, but not necessarily admirable in how he [and his family] did it. I have not finished the story yet, but it is is interesting, entertaining and well written.

I remember reading a story here in which the protagonist starts a super-villain. He defeats his super-hero rival, which leaves him in charge. And he actually does a pretty responsible job of policing the world. Unfortunately I can't remember title or author :-(

Stultus has a few stories with anti-heroes whom nobody will confuse with boy scouts:

If I remember correctly, most of sourdough's protagonists are not very virtuous.

My story, A Sixth Generation Cowboy and a Third Generation Whore https://storiesonline.net/s/20085/the-past-effects-theI am writing chapters, until the first book is complete, before I begin posting again) has US and other veterans who have PTS/PTSD, and other issues, not the least including substance abuse.

They engage in "managing" (pimping and procuring) teenage girls, and young women in their 20's; as well as fighting members of drug cartels and other scum for Thrills and profit.

Redemption is the main theme of the story, but that is because most of the characters engage in reprehensible behaviors. There are even worse threats, that sometimes "Rough Men" are more effective at combating, than lawful authorities.

More than a few of the characters either don't seek Redemption, or fail in their efforts. Violence is realistic, including "Actions On" (the Objective) (aka "Double Tapping" all fallen opponents to ensure they will never be a threat again) and other details.

The females engage in commercial sex for a variety of reasons, and use their bodies and wiles to achieve their desires.

Then there are the Laweyers, law firms, and government agencies...

"The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly!" Type of (modern) Western.

The main character in the "Not Quite A White Knight" universe is a lawyer by day (so he can steal from the firm) and a gang leader by night. He has a soft spot for the ladies, as does his one of his grandfathers, who beds virgin brides on their wedding nights.

Just for clarity if anyone goes looking for this, the series is called "Not a White Knight in LA" by Lola Paul:

Serious.

What the fuck are we doing here on SOL if we were ever a 'boy scout'?

I never was.

Some worse. Some better than me.

But me? A boy scout. Oh! Fuck! No!

ElSol's Zombies, Werewolves, Vampires, and Other Improbable Things

definitely counts.

I am actually writing one that is quite the opposite of that.

In many ways, he is the reverse of the main character of an earlier story I wrote. Where as the older brother is kind, forgiving, and does not hold grudges his younger brother is judgmental, arrogant, and a prick. Who finds himself doing many of the things he criticizes others for doing, yet insisting he is doing nothing wrong when he himself does it.

He is not evil, but he is an asshole. But the story is also about him getting smacked by life several times, and learning that not everything is black and white.
