I'm hoping to get some suggestions on either some I've already red but forgot about, and could read again! Or some hidden gems!!
Appreciate any suggestions.

In my opinion, these are among the best Rags to Riches stories on SoL:
The Millionaire Next Door by Lazlo Zalezac https://storiesonline.net/s/54088/the-millionaire-next-door
Feasting with a Silver Spoon by Danny January
https://storiesonline.net/s/27776/feasting-with-a-silver-spoon
The Stupid Boy series by G. Younger
https://storiesonline.net/series/1080/stupid-boy
Daze in the Valley by Jay Cantrell
https://storiesonline.net/s/65463/daze-in-the-valley
Play Ball by Ernest Bywater
https://storiesonline.net/s/13761/play-ball
Jacob Jennings by Grey Sapien (set in 1830's 40's Texas)
https://storiesonline.net/s/29908/jacob-jennings
Intemperance (series, Rock and Roll band, etc. starting in the 1970's) https://storiesonline.net/s/45236/intemperance
Whilst on the subject of Jay Cantrell, https://storiesonline.net/series/1279/regan-riley-and-andy-drayton fits - Andy starts off in abject poverty.
Argon also has a couple, https://storiesonline.net/s/58363/joerg-isebrand and of course https://storiesonline.net/s/22004/suddenly-rich-kid.
A.A. Nemo? https://storiesonline.net/s/13087/jacobs-granddaughters fits, it has some sequels and one is currently In Progress, although the Progress part is currently glacial.
Jacob's granddaughters is an all time favourite of mine.
Mine as well. One reason is that the plot is something that could have actually happened (some years ago, prior to all the security theater we put up with now).
No reliance on future knowledge, time travel, or magic is required.

If I may, I will also add https://storiesonline.net/s/70129/one-gold-eagle to that; that one is quite literally from rags to riches :o)
One of my favs: Mack the Knife's Murder Isle; it's incomplete, it's Premier only, but boy (girl), what a story! Add Colt 45's Shasta's Tale to the mix, and enjoy!

This is a better link so you can share with others if you don't want them to know you visit sex sites.

I'm a bit hesitant about that - once we start adding all the "woman gets rescued by rich/powerful man" stories, we could probably pick a solid third of the stories on this site.
Ok, less than a third, but a lot.
A lot of oyster50's stories, several of your Anthony Carter stories, Ezzyb's. the list feels endless.
Jacob Jennings by Grey Sapien (set in 1830's 40's Texas)
when I think of rags to riches I think of going from nothing to you don't need to work anymore if you want to. That is not the case in this story.
Feasting with a Silver Spoon by Danny January
While I admit to not finishing reading it yet the MC starts out as a boy with a trust fund and fairly wealthy mother so I'm not sure this qualifies as Rags to Riches, seems more like Riches to Riches.
Good story though, thanks.
The title "Feasting With A Silver Spoon" implies a "privileged background" (really more like "upper" middle class). However, the death of his father, and other circumstances, pose a challenge for the MC).
The MC of Silver Spoon presents many of the best traits of a "Rags to Riches" story. He works hard, demonstrated self discipline, seeks opportunities, and assists others, etc.
I found it more plausible than many other stories. Also, it is lesser known, and if it is not quite the Trope, many who enjoy that type of story, will, I think, enjoy it too.
I am glad that you enjoyed it!
The Lucky Jim series FantasyLover Actually everything by FantasyLover fits that answer, my favorite is The Goatherd
I'm currently reading two stories that meet your request -- The Hand Bound by P.T. Brainum and Son of a Sailor by SmokinDriver. So far so good - both are better than good.
I recommend the Dark Days series by Reluctant Sir. It's a rags to riches story, but it is far more than that.
It occurs to me that some of the Florida Friends stories by Dual Writer could count.
Specifically Job Hunt.
Some aspects of Vacation? might also match; although Steve starts with a few hundred k in accumulated wages, he built that up by hard work before the story starts, and his actions multiply that stake manyfold.
Ernest Bywater has many rags-to-riches stories in his collection. I think my favorites are the lemons to lemonade themed ones like Mallard Heir and Life is Change. Though Boone - The Early Years is a favorite also. I always liked those Oregon Trail stories.
There is a group of stories on this site that from the frist story had the rags to riches tag and they are on the third or forth one and still no riches.
In Shiloh by The Scot (and finished by EB) minor characters (ITs) that founded a successful web site was sold by one of their partners (who kept all the money) were hired by Kyle for MoM. They were given part ownership. In a short time the site went viral and one original ITs got $60,000 the first month and it will be recurring.
