I quit adding new stories in December and have only updated my stories for the past 4 months. I now quit, except for those outstanding on Patreon. I can find no reason to try converting the data in the new format!

Considering that you don't even have a pen name under this account on SOL, I have to ask, What is this about? new format?
I'm admittedly a fairly new author, but how I format and post hasn't changed since I started posting (15 months ago or so)
Over the seventeen years I've been posting stories at SoL I've changed the way I format the stories for posting the posting requirements for SoL have actually become easier than harder in that some options that had previously been not allowed are no allowed. The changes have affected my submission format at all.
However, I suspect the problem for this author is more likely his story content or the requirement to keep the SoL posting close to the Patreon posting so as to not be using SoL as an advertising source for their Patreon account.
Personally, I feel if an author has to rely on monthly subs while they dribble a story out the author is not likely to be good enough to write a story that can stand on it's own merits and generate a good sales income for them. That's why I do not use Patreon as either a writer or a reader.
A bit of a long shot here, but could the OP be referring to the change to download buttons and formats? It would fit the December timeline.

There was a change to how the buttons are managed, there was no change to the actual formats available. And the conversions are handled by SOL.
I think it's telling that Lazeez said that the OP hasn't posted anything on SOL ever.
I tried to look him up on Patreon and that user id doesn't exist there either.
My guess: A troll trying to stir shit up.
A reader?
Possibly even the reader who has been screenscraping the stories for resale? That does not really make sense either.
Neither does the use of 'self-imposed'. If the OP self-imposed the 'new format', why are they blaming anyone else?
Someone screenscraping stories could make sense bearing in mind the extra interactions introduced to stop free members downloading whole stories in one go.

Nothing about the OP makes much sense. That's why my guess is shit stirring troll.

And the fact he never responded to any of the posts. Just ignore him.
