Sex Contents: Much Sex
Tags: Ma/Fa, Consensual, Fiction, Swinging, Group Sex, Interracial, Oral Sex
The first line I read is "Sex Contents." If the story has "Much Sex" or above, it will have to be rated 8 or above before I read it.
The next line is the "Tags." In the example above, "Swinging" and "Group Sex" would kill the story for me. In that case, I don't read any further, much less the story description.
Those are my personal parameters. Some people like that sort of thing and would react opposite to me.
With that explained, the format in my opinion is particularly well laid out. If used properly, no filtering is necessary just need to read no further if a tag hits on one of your personal squicks.
Where you'd be justified in being somewhat upset, is if the author deliberately avoided tags for content actually in their story. From what I've seen here, such stories don't stay up long before being called out, not to mention the score bombs and or thrashing in the forums they receive.
Regarding an off screen squick tag, that would require a championship level cat herder to organize. The majority of MC back stories I've read have one or more squicks dependent upon the reader. Usually most people just ignore it. If it's mentioned to point it's more than simply in passing, it should have been a tag to begin with. See previous paragraph for that.
In all, my personal opinion is you're asking a bit much.
