I already contacted Lazeez directly, but I'm posting this here in case others are having the same problem.
Trying to post a new chapter, I get to the point of attaching the HTML file. When I hit the attach button, instead of getting the next step of the wizard, I just get a blank page.
I posted an updated chapter without trouble. I have seen munged cookies cause all kinds of strange problems (e.g. on one of my systems nothing seemed to work until I logged out, cleared the SOL cookies, and logged back in (happened yesterday).

Lazeez said there was an issue with the database server earlier that lasted about 5 minutes. I probably hit that.
Could be. I clicked the link for the next chapter of a story I was reading and got an error message about not being able to connect to SOL.
