Unusual feature in Following list in Library (Premier Feature). A bug?

Jim S 🚫

When a Followed Author takes an action affecting any of the columns (posts a story, update, email or blog entry), the appropriate field is highlighted, in my case in yellow. However, the color never clears if you read the said story, update, email or blog entry. It remains until cleared manually. Is this a bug or a design feature?

Software bugs are often referred to as design features. :)

I thought those were undocumented features.... :)

It's not a bug per se, but it's not a feature either.

I need to do a lot of diligence work to make sure that those flags are turned on and off the way you would like them to be.

If you access the stories via the library->Following by clicking in the highlighted field (not the checkmark) then you go to the story and the highlight goes away.

It's on my to do list, and it's been there for a while simply because it takes a lot of time and it's mostly cosmetic.

Yes, I noticed this and should have included it in my OP. It increased the "puzzle factor" as to why the highlight remained when accessing otherwise. I'm glad it's already on your radar.

Thanks for your response.
