The site tells your browser to display the time in your local (system chosen) format.
So you must have changed the system's setting for date format on your computer.
not only does my system still use the local format, it still shows it in the North American future. i.e. this post is happening at 14:13 hours on Wed 16 Aug 2017 my time and it shows the original post as 11:52 hours on 16 Aug 2017.

From here in the UK your post was at 05:15:02 BST and the first post at 02:52:07; take off one hour to get the standard GMT (Zulu)
ETA: and this post is marked 16/08/2017, 12:35:25 (BST)
@ian181
Could it have been a software update which changed the default format?
At this point I'd try clearing all my cookies, logging out of SoL, closing the browser, reopen the browser, and log back in. If it's a cookie or corrupt Javascript, that should clear it for you. After that is may be you system time / date format setting needs adjusting.
Please don't say the thread title out loud :(
weeeel, that's actually used as an exclamaition of srprise in some countries, like Australia - which is where Ian and I are from. Many of those Brit migrants taught it to us.
