Forum: Bug Report and Feature Requests

Would it be possible to add something to the Search Forum Posts to restrict the search to a single Forum subject, like "Author Hangout" or "Story Recommendations?" Maybe a box to check.

Also, at the bottom of the results page, there are 7 page buttons. It would be nice if there was also a "First" and "Last" button. I did a search with over 3,000 results and it seems the most recent ones are at the end so I kept hitting the last page button. That put that page button in the middle of the next page so it didn't advance very far. I would have liked to have hit the "Last" page button and then work backwards searching.

You can overtype the page number in the extra-wide button to tell SOL where you want to get to. I'm not sure you can actually get to the 3000th result though.

I agree First and Last buttons would be a nice feature.

The thing I don't understand is why the 1st page of search results is not sorted chronologically with the other search results. Thus, the first page of search results appear in random order and are usually random dates within the overall chronological range.
