February 2nd is Groundhog day. Time for Ham Hamburger. Maybe sausage? Instead of ground beef, grind a hog.

Can a Jewish person become a Ham radio operator?
Do the fingers of a Ham radio operator get greasy?
It is Twosday the 2nd day of February, the 2nd month of the year. As Junior, I am the 2nd person to use my name. I need to read a story that fits TWO. Two girls, maybe two guys or two couples. Maybe about Richard II, who was a king of England a long time ago. More than two centuries. There are lots of series, I want to read the second story of two of them. Give me two recommendations, please.
1. Switch to decaf
2. Take your meds.
1. I don't drink coffee. My beverage of choice is Diet Shasta Cola. "It hasta be Shasta."
2. My meds are too complicated to re-order. (Lisinopril, HydroCHLOROthiaz, ATORVASTATIN) I seem to be doing OK without them. Doctor Hogg will let me know if I need to go back to them. (It is pronounced Dr. Hogue). Ballard Primary Care, Robert Hogg, MD, Swedish (Hospital)
Thank you for your two pieces of advice.

Cola has caffeine in it too, and like coffee it comes in decaf.

Recommendations:
1: Check your blood pressure
2: Check your cholesterol

Yeah, because once your blood pressure gets better, you'll start feeling much worse!

Is that all you take? At least I can get by with OTC for some things.
Duloxetine (aka Cymbalta) - but not for depression, due to spinal nerve damage
Folic Acid
Atorvastatin
Baby Aspirin
Centrum Silver
Glucosamine
Vitamin C
Vitamin B12

Vitamins don't count as meds (though you still need to ensure they won't react with anything you're taking).
I finally quit all of my medications but the one I've been taking for the longest, and I'm doing much worse (unable to follow through of most things), but I can't get back onto that reaction storm again.
Vitamins don't count as meds
They do if your doctor tells you to take them, even they're available OTC.
Yeah, the infamous Dr. Atkins, bless his soul, did quite well taking that approach. For the rest of us, the U.S. medical community doesn't support or even allow that, and they pretty much condemned Atkins for that alone. They do if your doctor tells you to take them, even they're available OTC.
If taken properly, they shouldn't cause any problems.
However, depending on what meds you're on, 'properly' changes. You can (quite properly) take a handful of assorted vitamins every morning for years. Get prescribed one of a number of meds, and if you are supposed to take them in the morning, you'd have to switch your vitamins to the evening. (Maybe a vitamin inhibits or enhances a medication's impact, or the medication blocks the uptake of that vitamin, or the body breaks down the medication (or eliminates the vitamin) at a different rate when both are present at the same time.)
By the way, I take a handful every morning, including a (temporary) 2,500 unit vitamin C (since one medication I take prevents me from spending much time outdoors (increased sun sensitivity)).
To compensate for less time outdoors you use vitamin D3. Apparently it also helps to defend against Covid, or at least a shortage of D3 makes it harder on your system to defend itself.
Vitamins don't count as meds
When I broke both my legs in May 2019 (almost loosing the right leg) my Doctor prescribed
Calcium - 2 morning - 2 afternoon - 2 evening
vitamin D3 - 2 morning - 2 evening
vitamin E - 1 morning - 1 evening
vitamin C - 2 morning - 2 afternoon - 2 evening
These vitamins are found over the counter and where used as supplements in the healing of the bones knitting and regrowth of bone in my broken legs.
My right leg was shattered and had 2 1/2in (6.35cm) of missing bone that the Doctor decided to weight and see if I would need a bone graph to bridge the missing bone. The accident was in May and when the Doctor took x-rays in October to make the judgment call if a bone graph was needed the bone was within 1in (2.54cm) of bridging the gap in the missing bone and I didn't have to receive a bone graph just needed a little more time for the body to finish the healing process and in January 2020 I was able to stop taking the vitamin supplements.

Two good recommendations.

Week Two!
"Two and Two

Two more Twos! Does that make three Twos? It's not Too many Twos to read. Truly or twoly.
February 2nd is Groundhog day
sadly, I got no hogs to grind. But there's plenty of hogs in Parliament I'd love to see ground.
