Long story set in wales. Teenage brother and sister find a "device" and then get involved sexually. He meets another girl who becomes his official girlfriend. The brother and sister ride bicycles together, I think. The "device" seems to have little to do with things at least at first. I remember that the sister exposes herself to some older guy in a camera store. I never got to finish the story but did enjoy. Any help?
