read a story about an albino empath once but that was quite a few years ago and the story wasn't complete then (hoping it was finished)
details:
Albino empath; he was in the army, and got the nickname ghost. he was in a psych ward when he got discharged from the army and i think he eventually had a ranch somewhere after that.
