I came across this scam today. I can't believe some are that dumb to fall for it. People are handing over their credit cards to people selling water car to car and finding out they paid far more than what they thought.

The funny thing: the whole article is laced with scams. It's an article about dummies targeted at dummies.
The only thing I have on my phone that relates to my cards are for buying from fast food places. I don't have a bank app of any kind. No venmo or cashapp because phones are easy to hack.
