Using only stories from SOL as the source, what is the best speech given by a fictional character? I'm guessing most would be rather short.
Best? In what context?
Short and no supporting detail, or longer explaining the position the character is taking. Short can easily leave the listener with questions. Longer can be boring.

Context: A gathering of white supremacists in the Sequoia Room at the Four Seasons in Washington, D. C. The speaker — Martin Folsom — is their leader.
Folsom's address: An homage to the speech given by Lord Louis Francis Albert Victor Nicholas Mountbatten in Season 3, Episode 5 of "The Crown". Okay, by 'homage' I mean I cribbed it.
