Patreon links are ok for now (soon enough though, that will change).
Personal website: depends.
If the personal website is used as a circumvention of the promotion rules, then it's not ok.
That mean if you use this personal website to sell your books directly, or list links for book sales on amazon or other ebook stores, then it's not OK.
If your website is for general promotion and you list links to bookapy as well as other sales sites without preference to one over the other, then it's ok.

Depends. It might get you some clientele who've immigrated from other planets and been drawn to SoL to read a story about someone with shared experiences :)
As opposed to being drawn to Sol due to similar experiences...
