Political discussion on SoL are not closed due to censorship, but due to some people starting flame wars over political comments and then abusing other people who disagree with them.
It ain't censorship when you do it to yourself - which is what the SOL management did to its own site - because of abuse from others.
Most of the political comments on this site were just opinions - not facts. You are the one making the claims here - and it is up to you to prove that what you said is objectively true, and not just biased opinion.

I would totally agree with you IF it was practised on a forum where such discussions were appropriate.
This forum is part of a story site, much of the content of the stories posted is either sexually orientated and/or fiction. Hardly the background for meaningful political posts, is it..?
So, might I suggest you insert your 'huge problem' into an appropriate forum.

Ok, "meaningful political posts" might well be classified as fiction to some folks here.
This is Lazeez's website - it is not a public forum in the same sense as Facebook, Twitter, etc. So Lazeez has the right to define the rules, and that is all that really needs to be said. If you don't like it, don't visit the website or at least stay out of the Forum.
All Lazeez is saying by making his rule is, he doesn't want to incur the cost and hassle that he and his administrators would incur if you posted your beliefs here. Personally, I think his rule is good for all of us, even if you think it is censorship.
