I seem to forget this when posting a story

This is a formatting question... but it about the TOC not the story.

There are two types of formatting:

Cast Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 (etc)

And

Cast
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
(etc)

Now, I'm writing a story with a lot of chapters, and I want to use the first. But my story (Armis & Io) is displayed using the second method.

How do I change it?

I ran into this before, and I got it fixed, but I don't remember how.

[I have CRS syndrome, I know. That's Can't Remember Shit, in case you didn't know.]

Click 'Authors/Editors'
Click 'Manage Stories' in the middle pane
Click the story's title
Scroll down the page with the statistics to the chapter title table.
Click 'Hide TOC'.

There can be the flip side of that as well. Like being unable to forget things like the soldier's flashbacks as an example, the so-called PTSD nightmares. Those memories can be hell on earth at times.

Sounds like you have the same issue I have - a brilliant memory, now if I can only remember where I left the memory stick.

As everything else falls away, those that remain—because of their persistence—become more pronounced.
