Just read one of Victor E's stories about hazing and bullying. Most of them end with the victim humiliated and defenseless, so I wonder if there are any stories where the victim snaps and takes revenge, whether immediate or delayed. Also, if the bully is a close person -sister, cousin, neighbor- it would be better.

Trailer Trash sees the bullys taken out through legal means, the MC is after all a young girl.

The bullied guy is an accountant, meticulous and thorough. He can't fight back physically so he hires some muscle that can.
Agena wrote a story, The Joke, in which a man is subject to constant humiliation via 'practical jokes' intended to belittle him in front of his wife, culminating in them handcuffing him and then screwing. Or did they?
Agena asked for alternate endings from other writers. A couple of the resulting stories would fit your premise.
