Does anyone know if there is something equivalent to https://storiesonline.net/s/64028/the-master-list-of-wishes in regards to good orders to give to mind control victims right off the bat to keep them loyal, tame, and sexually interested in the controller?
Not a stand alone list like that, but in my story Son of Chronos: Book 1 Origin, the MC has a mind control ability that is auditory subliminal messaging on supernatural steroids.
The story introduces two scripts that he uses for enslavement.
A carrot sript built on positive reinforcement via sexual arousal.
"You are a slave, a piece of property, an owned being."
"You love and trust your owner completely."
"You will never seek to harm your owner in any way."
"You will feel a strong desire to obey any command from your owner."
"Pleasing your owner, even in a non-sexual way, causes you to feel sexual pleasure / arousal. The degree of sexual arousal you feel will be directly proportional to how pleased you perceive your owner to be."
"Thinking about ways to please your owner in the future will cause you to feel sexual arousal / pleasure."
"Obeying your owner will cause you to feel sexual pleasure / arousal. The more difficult it was to obey, the greater the pleasure / arousal will be."
"You will accept gracefully any punishment your owner decides you deserve."
"If the thought of being mind controlled causes you to feel sexual arousal rather than distress, then you will be consciously aware that all of these things are the result of mind control."
"Your owner is" with the remainder of this sentence to be filled in on a case by case basis.

And a stick script built on punishment via psychosomatic pain and sexual frustration.

By the way, the story is still in progress. New chapters have been posted recently and I am in the middle of writing chapter 17.
Although only a minor part of the story, in my story Stand in Time some of the characters are brainwashed. However, the MC had previously undergone anti-brainwashing treatment and training, so he was able to breach it and to make changes. Some of the changes included good orders along the lines of what you ask about.

Check out some Master PC universe stories, most of them will have several ideas. I don't know that anyone has compiled everything...
Especially look into Xanthos Pendragon's MPC The Eclectic Edition.
Also, the "Lucky Tickets" stories had some interesting ideas, like making a character being enslaved addicted to the MC's cum. (Which later required a work-around after he regretted his actions, but...)
Also, depending on your mechanism, it can change. If it's a "insert command that cannot be overridden" technique, the challenge is in not allowing the interpretation to be twisted. If it's altering the behavior of the subject's mind or some form of conditioning it's another matter entirely.
