I just read Taking My Spring Break in New England up to the latest chapter over the last few days, and it sounds exactly like what you're looking for except that it's the son/brother rather than the husband/father that discovers that his parents and his sister are into incest swinging.
The story deals alot with how he feels betrayed by his family, being excluded from their swinging parties and being lied to.

Actually, you can take a look at most of the cheating wife writers here or on lit and you will probably stumble over a family betrayal type story. Unfortunately, those writers write to a formula and usually have a pretty big catalog so it'll be a long slog through their libraries.
