I attempted to edit my Categories Exclusion criteria. I selected no pages to apply my categories to and I selected no categories to be excluded.
The 'Preferences for Categories Exclusion Site-wide' page indicates 2,898 stories are being excluded. I expected to see 0 stories excluded.
On another page, I excluded the stories of specific authors. Is the 2,898 excluded stories, the stories written by these authors or is it a bug?
