So in the list you can flag a story for xyz reason. How do i look at a list of all stories i flagged?
Category Search supports that effort.
Pick story type or other codes. Toward bottom of the page, find the Flagged Field and select all flagged. Click Search at bottom of page.
I don't know this answer. Is that a standard feature or subscriber feature? (just in case people are looking for it and can't find it).

Just to view them, you can go to the 'Advanced search' page and select 'Flagged only' from the 'Flagged' menu and start search.
Also, in the library, in the yellowish bar, there is 'manage flagged' where you can do things with the flagged stories.
