Not a bug, more an observation.
When I first logged on to SOL today, Ministry of Fire was above Charley and Claire. I've just refreshed the page to get the latest uploads and the two have swapped places.

They were updated at the same time, to the second. I have never knowingly seen that before.
I suppose you would have to see the time to the nearest tenth or hundredth of a second to see which one was actually updated first. Of course, the order of their display would indicate which one was updated first.
I'm assuming that the sort key granularity is seconds with no rule as to what happens if two are posted at the same time.
I'd noticed that as well. More than a little strange. I wonder what determines the order? Chapter 18 for my story was originally queued on Oct 16th to post today, though the text has been significantly updated since. I wonder if Uruks' story is the same โ everything queued well in advance?

Yes.
A script is releasing the chapters and it does it in a few milliseconds. Yet the time of update field in the database counts in seconds. So they were released virtually simultaneously.
If this was actually a bug - rather than a curiosity - you could build a 995 millisecond wait into the script.
I think we'll survive if you don't.
