Many writers use terms like cute ass or bubble butt or perfect posterior or perfectly rounded rump or beautiful bum - but I've not heard of a single word term to describe that part of the anatomy in a nice way.

I can vaguely remember a longish, archaic word (possibly beginning with 'c') that I had to look up in a dictionary when I read it in a story. Being French in origin, it actually sounded quite sensual when pronounced. Sadly my memory has failed me.
ETA I consulted my elderly dead-tree version of Roget's Thesaurus since that contains many archaic words. Sadly Roget seems to have been a bit of a prude when it comes to private bits of the body :(
