I am working on story that peripherally involves nudists. Very young naked children will appear and help develop the plot. However, they will neither participate In nor observe any sexual activity. One child will later grow up and marry a principal character. As an adult, detailed sexual activity may happen, but not before 18. Does this meet SOL guidelines?

Age restrictions: Your work (stories, poems or blog entries) may not contain characters younger than 14 having sex or being in sexual situations (masturbation and nudism are not allowed). In other words, all characters that engage in any sexual activity must be 14 or older. (Stories posted before September 2011 are not subject to this rule, including new chapters to stories that were in-progress when this rule came into effect.)

You can have naked children. As long as their nudity is not used to arouse the reader in any way. You can't describe their nudity or have them be involved in anything sexual.
Seems perfectly reasonable, but perhaps this doesn't come across in the way the guideline is written, which to my reading, seem to imply that even mentioning that an under 14 is nude at a nudist camp is not allowed.
