And there's already another author (FantasyLover) that completed Warlord's Scout story (Finish from FantasyLover: Scout). If anyone got permission to complete a story from Warlord the most likely would be the same author.

Assuming the person granting you permission to complete the story had that authority, I doubt the person gave you permission to authorize another person to do that task.
