What you're looking for is a ghostwriter, which is a completely different skill set, as they set out to write a story which fits your interests, rather than theirs. Most fiction writers write stories that appeals or 'speaks' to them, so they'll put their spin on the story. When you try to get a fiction writer to write a story for you, often the 'voices' (theirs vs. yours, as in Switch's case) gets in the way and leads to major conflicts.
