The site has no rules against it.

However, in having real people, particularly real famous people in a fictional story you run the risk of being sued by the real person portrayed in the story if it comes to their attention.

This is particularly risky in a porn story that has the real person performing acts that are legally/morally frowned on.

There are a number of grounds on which you could be sued.

Some jurisdictions give celebrities/public figures proprietary rights to their name/image.

Defamation (slander/libel) is another possibility.

A UK actor could sue you in the UK, in Canada (where SOL is hosted), or in your local jurisdiction, where ever that is.

Now, odds are that you wouldn't be sued, because the person never becomes aware of the story or decides that suing risks bringing even more attention to the story, but that is a risk you have to decide to take or not for yourself.

@Dominions Son

Thanks good point and worth the risk? NO. I'll change the names to similar sounding

It's generally safe to mention celebrities as long as you don't include anything derogatory (like they cheat on their spouse with young boys). Thus even if you publish, you can mention celebrities in passing, much the same as you might have a character stop by a local Starbucks. Similarly, there's no problem with saying "she looked like ..." for whatever reasons.

You've got more leeway with someone deceased, as there's no longer anyone to file suit (families have more limited options), thus there a LOTs of published books mentioning JFK screwing various fictional (and real) people.

No telling what'll happen if you write one about a certain new president with exceptionally small hands. He seems particularly vindictive and not overly concerned with the rule of law.

Which puts him on par with the last 3 before him.

They may have been vindictive, but they understood the limits of their power, the law, and understood the stipulations of the Constitution. Our current Poopus (misspelling intended) doesn't seem to care whether his actions are lawful or not.

Working with lawyers in Rome, one evening we had full sized pizzas - two each (when I gave up) and then they had a third and fourth each! Went back a few months ago and at that same restaurant one pizza was enough; being old is cheaper! I can live with them but I am not a fan, even of Italian ones.

What constitutes a Pizza varies dramatically in different areas of the world. The ones I ate in Germany were nothing like what we have in the US.

So what if an Author has a celebrity show up on scene while bringing pizza? Should they be mindful of the types of pizza the celebrity brings?

I never heard of a bit of pizza rotating at 33 or 45 rpm and spitting out muzak.

Oh, and Demon Local had two strict rules; threads had to go off topic by reply nยฐ2 and if a certain Mr Hilter's name was properly spelt the thread went dead
