ZBS shows Colt's first two Mayhem books for sale. A first, cursory look shows them identical to his original stories. Is he still with us? Would be great news.

Who knows. He hasn't signed in since May, 2019.

Very unlikely, his most recent (final?) blog entry indicated that he was currently "in remission" but he was not expecting that to go on for ever.
His stories have been Premier-only for a few years now as well.
