Sniffing women's underwear may be more common than I've heard. However, the story descriptors, or codes, are about practices use in stories posted to SOL.
I don't recall that to be a common activity in SOL stories. I did a search on panties sniffing, and got 1000 hits. I spot checked a few of those hits, and many were not about panty sniffing; it was just the same words in the passage.

I did a search on "panties hamper" and also got 1,000 results. I assumed taking them out of the hamper would be to sniff them. I didn't bother scanning any of the stories returned, but there was an author named Sniffpanties.
The thing about a new code, though — are there stories where it's a large enough part of the story to have a code? Or is it something that leads to something else, like the boy caught smelling his mother's/sister's panties that leads to a sexual relationship?
Btw, it's women's body odors, not just panties or that area of the body.

Doesn't really matter. Lazeez isn't going to create a code for X because of the number of times X is mentioned in the stories - it's the number of stories that address X that matters. I don't know what the threshold is, but I suspect Lazeez has one even if it is variable depending on the topic or something else.
You are correct about body odor. However, the OP indicated the number of incidents of someone stealing women's undergarments to justify adding the code, which has zero to do with the number of stories on SOL that deals with that fetish.

There's a difference between the act and the kink or fetish, though.
Lots of teen boys will sniff panties out of general interest and lack of access to educational materials, but that doesn't mean that they'll grow up to using panties as a masturbatory tool or a sex aide as an adult.
As an aside, most times when people talk about "fetishes" they are actually talking about kinks. In a psychological sense a fetish is when you have a mental health problem involving the act.
I did not know that sniffing ladies dirty knickers, smelling body odours was called olfactophilia, If smelling ladies knickers was to have an official story descriptor, maybe it could be one that covers cumderwear also, as i bet many that sniff ladies knickers also jerk off into them as well.
But whether there is enough stories already written to make it worth being added i do not know.
To me, olfactophilia would imply a sexual fetish related to scent, but not specifically connected to ladies underwear.
