Chapter 13 of Hummingbird will post tomorrow (09.25.2026) and the character Anne shares about her past. It is dark. Very dark. It involves traumatic child abuse. Some people might wonder why I included this in the plot, but I did so because it provides insight into who she is, and her personal demons that she is dealing with. If you feel that this might be too much for you, I will understand if you decide to pass on reading this chapter and wait for the next one.
