The first chapter of my new story, HUMMINGBIRD, has been submitted. I hope everyone enjoys reading it, when it posts. When the story begins, Ysabella d'Santos is a frightened 10 year old girl, and faces being sold into slavery. However, before this can happen, she is rescued and brought to a new life full of wonder and love. Lifelong friendships are forged. As an adult, she finds that she can give back to the community and people who are important to her. From the courtroom, to the barroom, follow her as she goes on a journey of self discovery.
