I've narrowed my decision about which story, or stories, from my WIP folder to work on next to four choices. As I mentioned before, I was going to try to use the "Poll" feature recently added here, but it's easier to just roll my own. So, here are the four candidates. You can vote for any (or all) of the ones that sound interesting. All you have to do is respond with the number.
1) "Bug" - Bug was my nickname in high school. It was short for Shutterbug, because I was always taking pictures - sports teams, clubs, informal pictures for the school annual, etc. When two of the cutest girls in school approached me, asking if I would take some "personal" pictures of them, "to share with some older guys they had met online," it was an easy decision.
2) "Are We There Yet?" - The plan had been for me to take my 17-yr-old niece camping. We already had a sexual relationship, so I was looking forward to it, but when her 14-yr-old sister heard about it, she insisted on going. Next thing I knew, my only other niece had invited herself, so what had promised to be a quiet, intimate few days in the woods with my favorite girl had turned into something I wasn't sure I could handle.
3) "Pool Party" - Jerry was 14, a shy, nerdy kid. When his cousin invited him to her 15th birthday party, he was happy at first. Then he found out that he was going to be the only boy there, with his cousin and half a dozen of her friends. Even that wasn't too bad, but then his mom told him it was a pool party. That's when he got worried, not because he was afraid of being body-shamed by a bunch of girls. Nope, his problem was his overly large manhood, which he usually kept hidden under bulky clothing, but in just swimming trunks, around a bunch of girls in bikinis, well...
4) "The Volleyball Girls" - I wasn't athletic enough to play on any of the teams at my high school, but I hoped to participate by being a volunteer equipment manager, maybe for the football or basketball team. When I asked our athletic director, he told me the team that really needed help was the girls' volleyball team. When I seemed reluctant, he said two words that convinced me, "Volleyball shorts."
