Hello readers (those who still remember me, heh)
I'm still alive, still writing, still trying to wrestle the next two novels in the Wexford Conservatory toward the finish line. I have over 1.3 million words written across both books, but still a lot to write. No real idea of when it will be done yet, unfortunately.
I realized that it's been 20 years since I first posted here. The first chapter of Looking Through the Lens went up late February 2006. I since deleted that version in favor of the significantly rewritten version I posted in 2009, but that's the first writing I posted here. That first chapter was fairly lame, with a ton of tedious exposition and not much action. Some of the veteran writers, editors, and readers gave me some great advice in those first months and I learned a lot. It's been a fun journey, and I appreciate all the interactions I've had with readers over the years. Here's to another 20 years of writing and sharing with y'all.
Cheers
RS
