So we're nearing the end of the calendar year, and my writing was all over the place in that time, going back and forth between stories, jotting down ideas, deleting things that weren't going anywhere and starting over, until the folders with works in progress were bursting at the seams. Now that I've got a few days off, I decided to go through all the pieces, finish what's nearly there and clean up the stories in the finished but unpolished folder whose puppy dog eyes I had steadfastly been ignoring. While my novel length works are still in a fragile state where I might have to go back and make changes before I can post new chapters, I actually got three shorter ones up on SOL as an early Christmas gift to my readers and hope to add a few more before winter holidays are over.
The Compound is a rude, over the top, misogynistic little piece with no happy ending, and probably a bit too clinical and rushed at times to end up at the top of the rating pole. But it revolves around a reality game show, so be truthful - whenever you see the "reality" label, you can only be positively surprised.
Compassionate Peri is a bit over the top too, like most ponygirl stories tend to be, and could probably slip unnoticed into that stack of old stories that circulated the Usenet back in the days, if you're old enough to remember those times. Of course Peri is naive. Of course her aunt is a cold-hearted greedy bitch, and her parents aren't much better. But that's how a society that allows slavery and lifetime ponygirls has to be.
Both of those have just enough hint of a plot that the sex doesn't happen in empty space, so yes, they are stroke stories, both gritty and kinky and pretty crude all around.
Summer Camp Surrender, on the other hand, has some plot and depth, character development, sweet romance and humorous moments you'll hopefully chuckle about, all while discovering submission and dominance, but this time from a loving perspective.
Last but not least, no artificial intelligences were harmed, abused or used in the making of these stories in any way. Oh, and if you read my stories, please vote or leave a comment, even if you end up giving it a mediocre rating. Sometimes it feels like we authors are publishing stories into a void.
