So, my laptop(s) are respectively, broken (screen separated from keyboard and it's not supposed to do that. Blue screen of death saying I've got an unauthorized version of windows, black screen of death saying the hard drive is toast, locked out, not acknowledging any inputs (though the mouse pointer moves)....
Anyway GRRRR!!
