Hello Boys and Girls;
It's been a while but I've finally started posting a new/old story. It's new name is Because You Were Cold it is the rewritten and (finally) finished story that I originally started some five years ago called “Lightning in a Bottle”. In this version, I have combined all three stories, added the ending and in general tried to clean it up and eliminate as many of the errors in spelling and grammar as possible.
Feel free to respond as you wish but know that Stories-on-Line now makes it very difficult for me to respond to your emails. And with my advanced age and failing eyesight, even this re-edit and re-post has taken me considerably longer than it used to. However, I do enjoy hearing from you, good or bad.
As for those of you who wrote to ask, my doctors have determined that I should enter a local Hospice program as they are not optimistic for my future. I have stubbornly refused and with my wife by my side, have spent considerable time and energy searching for alternative medicines and cures.
I hope you enjoy the revamped story.
