After doing a bit of research (Googling) I learned the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) is a real event. I will not be adding anything to the bike ride event I will be expanding the event in the pub (the after-party).
The naked run in San Fransisco is also real. While it is not technically legal the police allow nudity during the run. All runners must get dressed immediately after completing the race or risk being arrested. I added a footnote about the race.
I couldn't think of anything else to improve the story so this will be my last repost, unless someone points out something to make it worth fixing.
