A reader chastised me for inaccuracies related to what I said about sugar. He was correct. I had confused dextrose and sucrose. Sucrose is used to sweeten soft drinks, not dextrose. The refined sugar Doug sells the Multiverse markets is sucrose.
I win some and probably lose even more when it comes to what readers say are inaccuracies in the technical aspects of what I write about. Usually do to not fully understanding what I read about the topic and sometimes I fail to recognize the holes in my knowledge of a topic. Then there are the conflicting articles about a topic.
