Here's the scene. James is lying on the ground injured, he's got a cut on his arm that will need to be stitched and his leg is broken and will need to be set. A shadow passes over him and he thinks its death coming for him but its not its Claire. She and Jaime set his leg and she stitches his arm!
As I know next to nothing about Medicine and nurses, perhaps someone on here could help me write the scene out?
